Research On The Stragtegic Alliance Of Cooperative Game Based On Channel Confliction Control Theory: A Case Research Of S&T SMEs In Heilongjiang Province

Small and medium technology-based enterprises in Heilongjiang Province are strongly supported by the country and develop rapidly,which have become an important part of economic growth in Heilongjiang Province.However,many problems gradually revealed with its rapid development,that the channel confliction is one of them.Although there are many researches on channel confliction at home and abroad,there are few researches on the small and medium technology-based enterprises in Heilongjiang Province.Channel confliction is an inevitable problem in the development of enterprises,violent channel confliction will affect the development of enterprises and even end the enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to discover the different characteristics of small and medium technology-based enterprises in Heilongjiang Province,to control the channel confliction of these enterprises effectively,to enhance the overall interests of the channels and to ensure the harmonious and healthy development of enterprises.This paper deeply studies the current situation and channel characteristics of the small and medium technology-based enterprises in Heilongjiang Province,analyzes the types and causes of the channel confliction in a comprehensive and scientific way.On this basis,the cooperative game theory is used to establish the cooperative game strategic alliance,which can not only effectively control the channel confliction,but also benefit the union participants,improve the efficiency of the operation of the channel.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of small and medium technology-based enterprises in Heilongjiang Province by combing domestic and foreign literatures.Secondly,the paper analyzes the basic needs model in the relevant literatures based on the analysis and confliction types,and uses the cooperative game theory to establish the cooperative game strategic alliance model of the small and medium technology-based enterprises in Heilongjiang Province.And building the three most favorable cooperative game strategic alliances,namely,resource sharing cooperative game strategic alliance,resource complementary cooperative game strategic alliance and integrated cooperation game strategy alliance.Thirdly,the Shapley value method is used to distribute and analyze the stability and profits of the three kinds of alliances.On the basis of this,the conclusion is that the three cooperative game strategic alliances can all effectively control thechannel confliction and obtain more profits for enterprises,but different cooperative game strategic alliances should be used in different channel conflictions.Finally,on the basis of theoretical and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward reasonable safeguard measures for the effective channel confliction control of small and medium technology-based enterprises in Heilongjiang Province,so as to provide references for the solution of channel confliction control problem of small and medium technology-based enterprises in Heilongjiang Province.
