The Empirical Research Of Chinese Listed Companies' Headquarters Relocating Location Choices Based On Multiple Institutional Logic Theory

With internal and external field environment changes,the headquarters of the listed company and its location where conflict also gradually increased,thus raised the headquarters migration.Transport phenomena for headquarters,existing research based on the new economic geography,analyzed the location level headquarters agglomeration advantages to the listed company headquarters migration target location choice influence.The study explained the enterprise headquarters to the phenomenon of domestic a few more developed city,but fails to explain the phenomenon of migration to more reality.Therefore,multiple system logical theory,this paper,the headquarters of the 2008-2015,screening migration of samples of 125 listed companies were analyzed,and examines the location of two logic system logic--market logic and the community,to the listed company headquarters to the mechanism of action of target location choice,as well as the enterprises of the two kinds of strategic response of the system logic.Research of this paper is divided into two parts:the first part of using multiple logic system,this paper holds that the heterogeneity of system logic will lead to different corporate behavior decision-making,combined with China's listed company headquarters migration target the specific situation of the location selection,mainly by the profit maximization as the core mechanism of market logic and community commitment to achieve as the goal of community logic is given priority to,think that these two kinds of logic system for listed company headquarters migration target location choice will have certain effect,so as to study the market logic,community logic independent impact on the target listed company headquarters location choice;The second part according to the existing research results,that when the enterprise is a complex system environment,will be perceived pressure from multiple system logic,and then research the market logic and target of the listed company's headquarters migration community logic interaction of location selection,exploring strategy of an individual's response to two kinds of system of logic.After analysis and study the following conclusions:first,the target market logic,community logic to the listed company headquarters location choice has significant positive effect,show that market logic and community logic for the listed company headquarters target location choice has a promoting effect,embodies the coexistence of multiple system logic effect,to a certain extent,explains the headquarters migration more points to the reason for the existence of the phenomenon.Second,market logic and community logic for target location choice of listed companies has significant negative interactions,and community logic logic has certain effect to the market,the conflict between multiple system logic is verified,and suggests that when making headquarters migration target location selection,community logic to a certain extent can resist the pressure brought by the market logic,to further explain the reasons of the existence of the phenomenon of migration to more.System logic is presented in this paper,under the theoretical framework of integration of the macro level of perception and response of the system logic,the organizational level strategy,discussed the system logic and the relationship between the organizational behavior model,the results of the study has important significance for theory and practice,especially from the perspective of system logic to examine the organizational behavior decision-making,reveals the complexity of system's influence on organizational behavior decision-making path;In addition,this study from the perspective of multiple system logic,to listed company headquarters migration target location choice as the research object,and enrich the theory of corporate headquarters.Its practical significance lies in,on the one hand,can help enterprise managers in making strategic decisions,able to differentiate its system environment,correctly deal with all kinds of system pressure,so as to make more accurate strategic choice to realize enterprise growth;On the other hand can also help the regional government to optimize all kinds of system arrangement,provide enterprises with more substantial help.
