Research On The Production Management Of The Shipbuilding Project Of Company B

With the rapid development of China’s economy,especially the The Belt and Road strategic requirements,shipbuilding industry will develop fast in order to meet the needs of economic development,but now,the shipbuilding industry in our province has not developed rapidly,I study B the Shipping Co through the market to undertake orders rarely,mainly to undertake the construction of government investment projects.Although the B Shipping Co has a long history,but for a long time still follow the planned system management mode,and emphasizes the Department functions,comprehensive analysis of light weight,heavy conventional light changes,pay attention to all kinds of resources in distribution and occupancy within the Department,emphasizing local functions as the center,the performance appraisal system is not conducive to all kinds of innovative enterprises the system makes the integration ability of enterprise products and services,low efficiency and benefit.This paper uses survey analysis,diagnosis research method,literature survey method on ship repair project of B company production management status and problems were analyzed and summarized,find out the causes of the problems of production management of shipbuilding project in B company,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems and causes.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction;then the first chapter is the definition of the characteristic and the concept of Northeast China Shipbuilding Industry and introduces the theory;the second chapter through analyzing the present situation of B shipyard management analysis,find out the existing production management problems;the third chapter analyzes the reason of the above problem,and guide the solution;the fourth chapter is the B shipyard tailored production management mode of new shipbuilding project.Through this study,we need to implement project leader system and workshop leader responsibility system and optimize quality management,so as to promote the development of B shipyard to meet the needs of China’s economic development.
