Since the 21 st century,China’s shipbuilding industry has got rapid development,and there is a staggering growth in the volume of shipbuilding completions and orders,now as one of the key industries of China with strong international competitiveness,China shipbuilding industry’s status in the global shipping market become more and more important.China is a shipbuilding leader,however,it is not a shipbuilding power.China’s digital shipbuilding is just in its infancy,there is still large gap in shipbuilding management efficiency compared with those advanced shipbuilding enterprises of Japan and South Korea and other countries in the world.This paper aims at giving some guidance for the shipbuilding project management in China’s shipbuilding enterprises and solving the problems of digital shipbuilding in China according to the research on the construction and optimization of the management process driven by three-dimensional data in digital shipbuilding industry,so as to improve the efficiency of shipbuilding management,at the same time,realize the fine shipbuilding with short production period,low cost,high quality and resource balance.This paper,taking the three-dimensional data-driven shipbuilding management concept proposed by a shipyard in China as the background,decomposed the shipbuilding management process based on the theory of Work Breakdown Structure,and further reengineered and optimized the management process of digital shipbuilding under the concept of three-dimensional data-driven shipbuilding management.Firstly,this paper analyzed and summarized the research status of the shipbuilding management in China from three aspects,including the digital shipbuilding,shipbuilding work breakdown structure and shipbuilding production management.The concept and characteristics of digital shipbuilding were introduced and summarized in detail;the problems of China’s digital shipbuilding industry were summed up,too.Secondly,the concept of three-dimensional data-driven shipbuilding management was expounded particularly,which shown that the concept of three-dimensional data-driven shipbuilding management is realized generally by the shipbuilding virtual simulation system and the integration platform of shipbuilding 3D virtual simulation-driven system.Then the shipbuilding management process was decomposed and rearranged on the basis of the theory of Work Breakdown Structure.After explaining the realization route and supporting technology of the three-dimensional data-driven shipbuilding management concept,the paper gave us a new shipbuilding management process of digital shipbuilding under the concept of three-dimensional data-driven shipbuilding management.Finally,the multi-objective optimization model of shipbuilding management process under the three-dimensional data-driven shipbuilding management concept was established based on the mutual relationship between shipbuilding schedule,cost,quality and resources.According to the activity-on-arrow generated by the management process of digital shipbuilding,this paper gave an example to demonstrate the validity of the multi-objective optimization model.Then some suggestions to ensure the optimization of the digital shipbuilding management process achieve were given from the aspects of shipbuilding design,production,informatization,management technology and organization construction based on the calculation of the example. |
