Shipping industry is a capital-intensive industry.The development of shipping enterprises and shipping services require a lot of capital investment.Shipping finance is the operation of the shipping business with a lot of financial activities.The current development of international shipping finance has have several mature operational mechanism.With the trend of economic globalization,China's shipping finance market still has a huge potential.This article mainly studies the development of China's shipping finance and compares it with the world.By describing the present situation of shipping finance at home and abroad,summarizing the domestic and international shipping finance development model and using the comparative method,we find out several problems in China's shipping finance market.Then through the empirical analysis,we draws a conclusion that the financing channel of the shipping companies is simple and the financing structure is flawed.Finally,a variety of suggestions were put forward to solve the problems in China's shipping finance.
