In recent years,more and more intense market competition in the telecommunications industry,China's three major telecom operators have to find ways to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,to strive for more effective users.China Mobile company also combines its own characteristics and advantages,and puts forward the customer LED precision marketing strategy to enhance the marketing effect,increase the competitiveness of enterprises.In order to implement a good precision marketing strategy,mining more effective customers,to seize more market,China Mobile company to start the construction of Guangyuan mobile based precision marketing platform for the construction project.Precision marketing platform can be used by data mining and other technical means to better achieve the precise marketing strategy of Guangyuan mobile.Under this background,the Guangyuan Mobile Corporation in response to the China Mobile company on the business analysis of fine management system,to achieve precise positioning of the client,Guangyuan mobile operating platform established by the analysis of the potential customer groups,in-depth analysis and detailed analysis,in-depth investigation system for target customers,from the data system of target customers in the analysis of consumer behavior and the corresponding customer good habits,choose really suited to do marketing people,strengthen the marketing activities of the pertinence and accuracy,to achieve the maximum efficiency of marketing activities.Guangyuan mobile precision marketing platform operating system project construction cycle is long,large scale,high technical difficulty,the participation of many departments,to ensure the project smoothly reach the standard requirements,project schedule and risk management is very important and necessary.Based on the theory of project schedule and risk management,this paper studies the project schedule and risk management of Guangyuan mobile precision marketing and operation platform:Firstly,the Guangyuan mobile precision marketing platform project management status and problems were discussed,introduces the background,the construction scheme of project construction,analysis of the project management in schedule and risk management issues,including the decomposition of the project is not detailed enough,to estimate the project period is not scientific,the schedule is extensive,progress monitoring insufficiency and so on.And the project implementation process is affected greatly by external factors,makes a lot of time the implementation of the project risk.Secondly,to optimize the project schedule management research,established the project work breakdown structure,estimate project work time estimation,the project schedule planning,project schedule control scheme is put forward.Finally,the project of Guangyuan mobile precision marketing operation platform to carry out the risk management research.Through risk identification,the risk in the project are analyzed,so that the project still exists in the risk of project data processing,enterprise organization,project technology,project management and operation environment.And use the AHP method to evaluate project weights of various risk factors,combined with fuzzy comprehensive method,the risk of the project was evaluated,the project risk is medium,according to the different project risk factors,the appropriate risk avoidance,risk mitigation,risk acceptance,risk transfer and risk response measures.
