With the development of Internet technology,more and more intelligent products enter people's life.In particular,the surveillance camera that can be remotely monitored and intelligent security has an important relationship with People's Daily life.With the continuous development of the global economy,the overall demand for surveillance cameras at home and abroad continues to expand,the number of enterprises in the industry also increases,the industry competition is fierce.Upgrading related product innovation and marketing strategy upgrading is the key to the survival and development of surveillance camera.As one of the product suppliers of surveillance cameras in China,AN is facing a fierce competitive environment,a dilemma of marketing mode,a slowdown of sales profit growth and serious homogeneity of industrial products.Therefore,it is urgent to target existing marketing strategies,to clean up,and on the basis of optimal design,to develop a development vision and fruitful marketing strategy optimization program,so as to occupy a dominant position in the fierce market competition.This paper analyzes and studies AN enterprise's marketing strategy.Firstly,the background,purpose and significance of the research are clarified,then the relevant marketing strategy theory is reviewed.Secondly,this paper analyzes the marketing status of AN company and points out the problems existing in the current marketing situation.And In combination with the macro environment of AN company's marketing strategy,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats facing AN company's marketing by SWOT analysis.Finally,according to the status quo and existing problems of marketing strategy of AN Company,the paper puts forward the optimal design plan of marketing portfolio strategy and explores the self-media marketing strategy under the trend of new media.
