Research On Collaborative Innovation Model Of High Tech Enterprises Based On Business Ecosystem

As an engine and an advantaged sector in the global economic growth,the high-tech industry plays a vital role in a nation's economic and social developments.At present,the ratio of high-tech industry added value to the whole manufacturing industry added value has always been in a downward trend while the overall research and development level of the high-tech enterprise is quite low.Influenced by factors such as continual technology updates,integration of multi-discipline required by technical innovation as well as the severe external competition environment,the high-tech enterprise faces more challenges in innovation.For the sake of development,the enterprise must carry out collaborative innovation.However,there is a mutually promoting and control relationship between the development of high-tech enterprise and its ecological environment.That is to say,collaborative innovation means not only the internal development within one enterprise,but also the development of the ecological system composed by enterprises and outside environment.This thesis focuses the mode of collaborative innovation in the high-tech enterprise with the theory of business ecosystem.Firstly,on the basis of the existing research at home and abroad,according to the analysis of the current innovation development of the high-tech enterprise and the existing two-dimensional collaborative innovation mode,the reasons to construct a new collaborative innovation mode based on business ecosystem are put forward.Secondly,through the analysis of the theory and characteristics of the business ecosystem,the definition and formation of the high-tech enterprise ecosystem are given out.Also,the evolution of the ecosystem is discussed and then the ecosystem model of the high-tech enterprise is constructed.Thirdly,analyze the subjects and internal relationship of collaborative innovation according to ecosystem of the high-tech enterprise.Combining the analysis of elements of collaborative innovation,a new collaborative innovation mode of the high-tech enterprise based on business ecosystem is constructed.The conditions of collaborative support are also given out.Lastly,empirical model of the eco-system through a combination of high-tech enterprises,and proposed research hypotheses,based on collaborative innovation model validity parameters are chosen,designing questionnaires,and correlation and regression analysis method for the quantification of data,which are based on the business ecosystem to verify the effectiveness of collaborative innovation models.This paper builds business ecosystem-based collaborative innovation model.On the one hand it enriches the commercial application of the ecological systems theory research,and also for the study of collaborative innovation modes of enterprises to make a useful complement,on the other hand it effectives path to look for collaborative innovation patterns provide a reference value and significance,thereby helping to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.
