Research On Cooperative Technology Innovation Of Yunjing Company

Yunjing Company is mainly committed to the construction of artificial raw material forest base and pulp technology research.It has completed production line of living paper in 2014 and lined the integration of forestry-pulp-paper industry chain.However,because of a single product structure,with the proliferation of homogeneous products and consumer demand to enhance,the profitability is gradually losing.In addition,Yunjing Company is located in the southwest border of China,the introduction of talent is more difficult.The current product development and technological innovation capability is weak.So it is important for the enterprise to adjust the product structure,implement transformation and upgrading and develop cooperation and technological innovation.First of all,this paper analyzes the external and internal technical resources and environment of enterprise cooperation technology innovation through the orientation of future enterprise industry chain,and clarifies the resources such as technology and equipment,intellectual property,technical team and technical cooperation foundation of company,and opportunities and threats of external environment.Then,the author puts forward four measures,including deepening the technical connection with the knowledge source,strengthening the technical cooperation between the upstream and the downstream industry chain,building the technical alliance of the same kind of enterprises and enhancing their cooperation and innovation ability.Finally,this paper points out that Yunjing Company should have perfect safeguard measures in the process of cooperative technological innovation,including the establishment of cooperative technology innovation office,strengthening cultural cooperation management in cooperation with innovation,constructing interactive learning mode which is conducive to cooperative innovation and strengthening human resources and financial security.Through the research of the paper,it has determined the future position of Yunjing Company,and pointed out the direction for its cooperation in technological innovation.At the same time,the research ideas and analytical framework of this paper are also useful for the strategic development of other enterprises.
