The resident is one of the customers that power supply enterprises served as.In the past,residents always waited for the services,they can't be satisfied with the enterprises so that they have bad relationships.However,with the revolution of the power supply enterprises,they changed from the self-satisfied way to the customer-satisfied way.This modify leads to a new service mode,in this mode,the smart meter is the bridge of enterprises and residents.So,it has real meaning to research the service mode from the perspective of functional requirements.The content as follows:(1)Showing the research status in the national and international way,it contains customer relationship management,customer service mode and smart meters.And then organizing the paper's framework.(2)Introducing the customer service mode.Analysizing the customer service mode in the power supply enterprises and the problems in the past,(3)Based on the program of the next smart meters' function,collected data through the questionnaire survey,using scientific statistical method to test reliability and validity of the questionnaire data.(4)Finding out the real service demand from the functional service,then built SEM and modified it according to the modification indices,analyzed significant level of influencing factors aimed to provide scientific basis for development strategy making.(5)Building the purpose,function and rules from the service demand perspective.After that,form the economics,practical,energy saving and innovation way built the resident service mode.Finally,proposing the path to make it for sure,and it have design and publicity,service query and use,the feedback of service message.(6)Suggesting that using the new service concept,customer interaction,customer communication and service specification,these four ways to guarantee the new service mode can be well operate in the society.
