Migrant Workers Welfare Influence Factors Research

In recent years,urbanization and migrant workers have become all levels of government and academia sustained hot topic of concern,migrant workers welfare issues also as an important research topic in the academic circle in our country.Migrant workers are an important force in China's urbanization,modernization,and to promote economic and social development of China's urban and rural areas and make a significant contribution.But due to comprehensive reasons such as social transformation and the household registration system,the influence of the migrant workers as a vulnerable groups,the welfare state has been in a poor,divorced from the edge of urban and rural society.Migrant workers living in cities,pay hard for urban development,but the welfare of migrant workers and urban residents gap is larger,such unequal benefits will intensify social contradictions,brings serious social and economic problems.How to improve the welfare of migrant workers is to solve the problem of migrant workers the top priority.In this paper,through the welfare of migrant workers demands and present situation analysis,find out the cause of the migrant workers welfare issues and influence.By using the theory of practical ability combined with structural equation to study the influence factors of peasant workers' welfare.And make suggestions for the findings.The empirical results of this paper show that migrant workers realize that the individual functions also and housing conditions,working conditions,protection status,mental status and living conditions have a significant correlation.The correlation degree from high to low in order,protection status,work status,housing status,living conditions,mental status.Through this study believe that the welfare of migrant workers and welfare factors influencing factors of urban residents and farmers are differences,factors affecting the welfare of migrant workers in security issues to be resolved,should from policy system,social environment protection and psychological adjustment in three dimensions especially health,safety and education to improve the protection of migrant workers welfare.
