The Research On The Industrial Poverty Alleviation Of Jian'ou City

The elimination of alleviation,is the current event of our nation to building comparatively well-off society,the key step to realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and China dream and the Four-Pronged comprehensive strategy as well.Developing industry is the fundamental solution to poverty alleviation,and ways and main direction for shaking off poverty.Through developing industry to overcome poverty,we must guarantee all the households to possess the sustainable and steady programs for increasing income,and strive to enhance the self-development ability of poverty-stricken areas and poor people so as to realize the task of shaking off poverty and overcoming difficulties.Jian'ou city's industry is mainly composed of agroforestry.At present,in order to improve the poor households' income and achieve the"win-win" aim of the local economy and the poor people,Jian'ou city has taken targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty through industrial poverty alleviation,enlarging industrial development and promoting county economy level.Through analyzing and arranging the existing literature,policy,and the data,visiting and interviewing the poor households and workers practicing poverty alleviation at all levels,the author,taking effective policies and measures for poverty alleviation by industry as a breakthrough point,combining with the current problems and causes of poverty alleviation by industry under the background of the targeted poverty alleviation,has proposed some suggestions for advancing Jian'ou city' poverty alleviation and development by industry by strengthening the policy guidance,making the industry larger and stronger,establishing effective mechanism of benefit sharing,innovating ways of poverty alleviation via science and technology assistance,strengthening the education and training for the poor and so on.
