This study examines the influence of managerial coaching on employees' performance and organization commitment in Saudi's private sector.This will be done by applying two factors:Work Satisfaction and Role Clarity.The study is designed to offer a clear understanding of how managerial coaching can be affected.Initially,and from the literature review,conceptual framework of managerial coaching was delivered and hypotheses to test the relationships between managerial coaching and its potential outcomes were proven.Data were collected through quantitative approach,a questionnaire was distributed to 148 employees in Saudi private sector,through descriptive and empirical analyzing via Statistical Package for Social Sciences(SPSS)version 18.0 having as it tests the Hypothesis in research.The finding supported all hypotheses.A significant positive relationship was found between all the factors in the study,i.e.a positive association between managerial coaching and both work satisfaction and role clarity,a positive link between work satisfaction both job performance and organization commitment,as well as the relationship between role clarity and both job performance and organizational comment.The result also stated that women have higher managerial coaching skills than male counterparts,while age has no significance.
