Study On Food Safety Supervision In Heyuan

For a long time,people are very concerned about food safety issues in the world,China also attaches great importance to food safety issues.In recent years,our country obtained good results in the food safety supervision work of food safety supervision,however there are still some problems,mainly due to China's current food safety regulatory laws and regulations are not perfect,information asymmetry and lack of supervision of government has a close relationship.Heyuan City,northeast of Guangdong province,is an underdeveloped area.After the reform of food safety supervision system,Heyuan has implemented the management system of food safety territorial management and food safety supervision departments.Through literature review,field survey and other methods based on the food safety supervision concept and theory research,analyzes the research status and research methods at home and abroad,the current situation of food safety in Heyuan City,the regulatory agencies and regulatory measures,pointed out that the Heyuan city food safety supervision problems:(1)public awareness of food safety and the lack of trust;(2)food violations still exist;(3)Food safety supervision is difficult to achieve full coverage of the whole process.To solve these problems,based on asymmetric information and theory of government regulation,Heyuan city,by an in-depth analysis of the problems of food safety supervision,make recommendations for improving food safety supervision in Heyuan City:(1)improve the transparency of food safety and regulatory information;(2)perfecting the food safety regulatory system,improve the food safety enforcement mechanisms;(3)agricultural products "from farm to table" process monitoring;(4)improve food safety supervision and team building;(5)strengthening food safety capacity-building inspection.Provide references,Heyuan city,with a view to perfecting the food safety regulatory,perhaps to other food safety supervision in the area of a corresponding reference.
