Study On Xianhu Tea Industry Competitiveness Of Heyuan

Xianhu tea is the representative of Heyuan tea,dating back more than 500 years of history.In recent years,with the Guangdong Provincial Government and the Heyuan city government on the Xianhu tea industry attention,unique charm of the immortal tea ushered in the rapid development of its industry.This paper argues that Xianhu tea industry must pay attention to the use of internal factors,firmly grasp the inherent characteristics and attributes of the industry,from the perspective of the core competitiveness of tea industry,the core competitiveness of its industry in-depth study to enhance its core competitiveness of the industry,Enhance the competitiveness of the core to enhance its market competitiveness,to help its industry to achieve further development.On the basis of the theoretical analysis of the connotation,factors,mechanism and influencing factors of the industry competitiveness,this paper analyzes the present situation and future development of tea industry in China and abroad,Increase the research and development of Xianhu tea products,extend the tea industry chain,improve the influence of tea brand,strengthen the construction of international market system of tea industry,promote the strategic transformation of traditional tea industry,and use Porter's five-force analysis model and SWOT strategy analysis Tea industry,the external environment,internal resources and market situation for a comprehensive analysis to find Xianxue tea industry in the competitive advantage,weaknesses,opportunities and threats.This paper puts forward some concrete suggestions on strengthening the competitiveness of Xianyang tea industry,and makes a reasonable plan for the future strategic development,which provides a useful exploration and reference for bigger and stronger immortalized tea industry.
