Daohuaxiang Group Diversified Development Path Optimization Research In The New Normal Economy

After 30 years of development,private enterprises in China have become the most active and important part of China's national economy,but there are still many problems.In particular,diversified development has become the core issue faced by private enterprises in china.At the same time,the "new normal economy" also has a new huge impact and influence on the survival and development of China's private enterprises.In this paper,through literature analysis,theoretical and empirical analysis,interviews,reviewing the domestic and foreign research of strategic management,diversification theory,analysis of the impact of the new normal economy of our country in the development of private enterprises,private enterprises to meet the new economic normal diversified development problems and coping strategies do the exploration and analysis.Private enterprises diversified development as a way of doing business,no theoretical distinction between right and wrong,there are few accepted theoretical system or effective analysis tools,only scientific degree in solving problems and focus on the different types.At the same time,combined with the related theory,China's private enterprises diversified development data and investigation,in view of the private enterprise diversification development,proposed new classification problems,put forward the "strategic management,project management and cultural construction" three as a theoretical path to solve the diversified development of private enterprises.And to China 500 companies--Daohuaxiang group as an example,combined with the actual,private enterprises diversified development of related analysis,analyzes the exploration and suggestions on the problem of diversified development,Daohuaxiang group.The old theory and document analysis described in this paper are mainly characterized by the characteristics and tools,and then put forward new theories and viewpoints through analysis and proof,which will contribute to the realization of the strategy implementation of private enterprises,as well as the sorting out and implementation of the diversification strategy.Combined with the actual situation of Daohuaxiang Group diversified development,make analysis and recommendations,will also provide a new perspective for the enterprises and private enterprises,is expected to effectively promote the sustained and healthy development of private enterprises in the process of diversification.
