The Construction And Empirical Study On The Evaluation System Of The Citizenization Of Migrant Workers In Jiangsu

At present,our country is in the phase of rapid development of urbanization,and agricultural transfer of population in cities and towns in settlement,realizing its permanent transfer,is the major task of overall plan for urban-rural development,also is the key to promote urbanization.Based on 13 cities in jiangsu province of migrant workers,adopting random sampling method for survey data,combined with related statistical yearbooks,from the economic conditions,political participation,social relations,cultural quality and psychological identity from five aspects of migrant workers individual characteristics were analyzed,and the discriminant of migrant workers in jiangsu province exists in all aspects of advantages and disadvantages.On the basis of clarifying the connotation of urbanization of rural migrant workers,based on the theory of labor migration,the two stage migration theory and related research,combined with the feature of migrant workers,from the above five aspects to build evaluation system of the citizenization of migrant workers,comprehensive index method is used for quantitative analysis of the level of urbanization of rural migrant workers.Research results show that the comprehensive level of urbanization of rural migrant workers in jiangsu province is 49.00%,close to the medium level of urbanization,among them,the local urbanization level is 50.63% o,peasant migrants in the level of 47.95%.Degree of peasant workers’ citizenization of each dimension is not balanced.Among them,the highest level of urbanization is economic condition,political participation level of urbanization is the lowest.At the same time,the same dimension different urbanization level of migrant workers there exist obvious differences in the proportion of citizenization of psychological identity dimensions of different levels,the distribution of the disequilibrium peasant political participation dimension.Analysis of factors of the degree of urbanization of rural migrant workers found that the degree of urbanization of the rural migrant workers and their gender,age,marital status,educational level and working fixed number of year show a certain relationship,for specific performance,degree of urbanization of male migrant workers is generally higher than that of female,married degree of urbanization of the rural migrant workers is generally higher than that of unmarried migrant workers,as the growth of the age and the improvement of education level,the degree of urbanization of the rural migrant workers gradually increase,the long migrant workers working fixed number of year,its urbanization level in general,the higher.According to the results,putting forward suggestions on the process of urbanization of rural migrant workers.Lowing the standard of migrant workers in cities appropriately,broadening the peasant workers’ political participation channels,constructing new social network,strengthening the education and training,to create a tolerant and harmonious social environment for migrant workers.
