Research On Jointly Managed Inventory Management In Building Materials Based On Supply Chain

In recent years,the estate market is becoming popular,construction projects have been launched,and management is getting better and better.But with the real estate market cooling,construction companies are no longer getting the project as easy as the past.The bidding system creates competition,the construction enterprises is under the pressure to reduce construction cost.In order to enhance the competitiveness of construction enterprises,both lower prices and profitable,construction companies increasingly stressed to reduce the cost of materials inventory.So it is proposed to carry out the construction material inventory management under the pressure.In this paper,at the based of knowing the knowledge about supply chain both home and abroad,I have analyzed the characteristics of construction supply chain inventory,which are obtained by comparison with the manufacturing supply chain,and the existing problems in the materials inventory management,construction enterprises can adopt further approach to provide new ideas for building materials inventory management.This paper mainly studies the inventory management model of building materials in the supply chain environment,and puts forward the model of joint inventory management based third party.Due to the material supply chain inventory management ideas in manufacturing has been proved to be effective,so when it comes to construction of material inventory management,maybe it can reduce the inventory cost and improve the efficiency of the entire supply chain.By constructing joint inventory model of construction materials in qualitative and quantitative methods,I want to reduce the cost of supply chain.After proposing some management problems in supply chain of construction materials inventory,this paper reviews the thoughts of some the supply chain system and mathematical optimization method and puts forward methods to reduce the inventory cost of supply chain of construction materials.Then analyses the inventory management of construction materials from the perspective of construction supply chain and puts forward the basic model of joint inventory management of building materials,after that this paper analyzes different kinds of building materials in the basis of that model.
