Study On The Stability Of Port Cooperation Network Under The Background Of "Maritime Silk Road" Strategy

In order to actively integrate into the global economy development pattern,expand interest and strategy convergence with neighboring countries,realize regional interconnection,the 21st century "maritime silk road" strategy is put forward and become the top design of Chinese national strategy.Ports are the node and hub to connect the countries along maritime silk road,thus port cooperation plays a leading role in the implementation of "maritime silk road" strategy,ports along maritime silk road have developed multi-layered,omnibearing cooperation through the mode of invest to construct port,invest to holding,merger&acquisition,friendly port,a preliminary port cooperation network has formed.However,due to the influence of complex political,economic,military and diplomacy situation along "maritime silk road",lack of coordination and binding port cooperation system etc.,port cooperation network faces many risks from internal and external,and its stability is severely affected.Therefore,analyze the stability of port cooperation network and put forward stability improvement suggestions must be solved in initial stage of "maritime silk road" strategy.This paper studies the stability of port cooperation network under the background of "maritime silk road" strategy.First,the research background and significance were elaborated,research at home and abroad were reviewed,the research content and framework of this paper were pointed out;Second,the basic concepts and theories were summarized,laying a theoretical basis for the study;Third,port cooperation network was build on the basis of port cooperation situation along maritime silk road,and its performance was analyzed;Fourth,the evolution of main port cooperation network stability indexes under node failure,node increasement,edge failure,edge increasement four scenarios were reasearched by designing simulation experiment and algorithm;Fifth,the stability of port cooperation network was evaluated based on the theory of network entropy,and strategies to promote the stability of port cooperation network were put forward;Finally,the conclusions of this paper were drawed and further research directions were pointed out.
