Research On Location Of Straw Recycling Logistics Network Considering Farmers' Interest

Our country is a big agricultural country,which produces a lot of crop straw every year.But recycling is inefficient and burning phenomenon is still rampant because there is no real recycling logistics system for supporting,which creates a serious waste of resources and pollutes the local environment.In fact,crop straw is a byproduct of agricultural production with great reuse value in many fields such as power generation,gas,feed,building.In recent years,the straw recycling industry in China has made great development,but the industrialization degree is not high and the integrated recycling logistics network has not been formed so that scale effects cannot be achieved.Taking into account the particularity of straw recycling,owners and demanders are facing the difficulty of overpaying,especially for farmers,the income levels determine their participation.Therefore,we need to accelerate the construction of integrated straw recycling logistics network to realize the mutual benefit,which has great practical significance for improving the efficiency of straw recycling logistics and reducing the cost of logistics.In this paper,it gives a detailed cost analysis on the two participants of straw recycling network considering all kinds of factors.And it makes the research on the location of straw recycling logistics network based on multi-objective programming model,which targets the lowest total cost of straw recycling logistics network as a major goal and considers the income level of farmers.For the choice of solution method,this paper converts dual goals into single goal through the main objective method firstly,and next,it uses genetic algorithm to solve the calculation example.In this way,it gets the desired location results and the flow of resources.At last,this paper analyzes the effect of the relative parameters on the farmers' income level.
