As a long-term incentive for employees,Equity incentive indeed,played an important role that cannot be replaced by ordinary wage and salary incentives,Since the reform of non tradable shares in 2005,A series of laws and regulations were related to equity incentive,which Standardize and improve the equity incentive environment in China.However,as a newly emerging market in China in 2010,Gem market has developed just six years,which is not mature enough,and the research on the equity incentive plan is not perfect.However,it plays an important role in the economic development of our country,Small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises can effectively stimulate domestic economic innovation and promote employment.Therefore,in order to promote the long-term development of GEM listed companies,It is very necessary to study the equity incentive,Hope that through the study we can find the implementation problems of equity incentiveand solutions to the problem.By referring to the relevant data on the SFC website and Combining with specific cases,the article found the common problems existing in the equity incentive of GEM,And putforward some suggestions for improvement.There are six parts in this paper,The first part is introduction,which will expound the research background,purpose and significance,research results,research content and methods.The second part is the theory of equity incentive.This part will elaborate the concept,elements and incentive theory of equity incentive.The third part is the current situation and effect analysis of equity incentive.This part will introduce the equity incentive application status in China since the opening of the GEM,and the effect from the implementation of equity incentive.The fourth part is the suggestions to improve the equity incentive.This part puts forward two countermeasures according to the above conclusions.The fifth part is the case analysis of DM company equity incentive.Which will describethe implementation of the two equity incentive of DM company,and analyzes the incentive effect from the perspective of financial indicators and employee turnover rate.The sixth part is conclusion,deficiency and Prospect.This section will summarize the deficiencies of research methods and conclusions in the full text and the equity incentive research prospects in China.
