Study On Immigrant Employment And Its Influencing Factors In Hengyang Reservoir

Immigration employment related to the smooth implementation of the water conservancy facilities,but also related to the stability and unity of the overall situation of the immigrant population,but also related to the success of the successful realization of a comprehensive well-off families.Therefore,to solve the employment of immigrants is the essential requirement of socialism,and it is also an important indicator to test the governing capability of the local government.Hengyang City,Hunan Province,China is an important water conservancy project area,it is bound to face a very tough job migration.After more than ten years of work practice,Hengyang City summed up the advanced experience.Firstly,through books,newspapers and magazines,China HowNet search,brief introduction of domestic and foreign immigrants in the reservoir area of employment status of related research,research status at home and abroad,from the necessity of the current economic situation and employment characteristics of immigrants in the research,provides the realistic background for this research,and the research methods and contents study shows.From the general employment theory,non farm employment theory,human capital theory,target management theory and so on,this paper expounds the theory of reservoir resettlement,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of the thesis.Then a brief description of the status quo,resettlement area in Hengyang city and Hengyang city reservoir resettlement employment situation.Refer to the relevant literature design"on the immigration employment status questionnaire","on the employment status of the immigrants and government personnel questionnaire",investigating the reservoir resettlement and relevant government personnel,the employment situation of the migrants in Hengyang City area,points out the existing employment macro environment and micro environment,individual problems.Macro environmental problems are:support is not consistent with the actual policy dislocation;immigration supporting security system lags behind;the employment service environment needs to be further optimized;entrepreneurial atmosphere is not strong.The presence of micro environment problems mainly are:enterprise resettlement difficulties;poor agricultural capacity;poor infrastructure;employment policy operation in second,the third industry lags behind;slow development,restricted by many factors;skills training to improve the quality of.Individual problems are:Labor Employment and industrial structure,the proportion of the first industry is higher;the proportion of the population in the occupation and technology of low intelligence;self occupation immigration difficulties;immigrants need to change the concept of employment.Then through the analysis of the survey of the reservoir area,the government related personnel of the reservoir area,find out the key factors that affect the employment of migrant workers in Hengyang city.The factors that influence the macro environment of employment include:policy factors,investment factors.The influencing factors of micro environmental factors include:economic factors,industrial factors,industrial structure factors,industrial innovation factors,the land resources in the reservoir area.Factors of employment in the individual aspects of the factors are:the quality of immigrants,immigration,immigration factors,the adaptability of factors,immigration ability factors.Finally,from three aspects of macro environment,micro environment and individual,the paper puts forward suggestions to promote the employment of the reservoir area of Hengyang city.The employment of the macro environment suggestion:the preparation of immigrant employment income development planning,strengthening the leading role of government,strengthen the responsibility to implement and strengthen supervision and accountability,strengthen security services,to encourage the establishment of full employment immigration social security system.The employment of micro environment suggestions:expand employment spatial ecological agriculture park area;to explore reservoir tourism and service sector employment potential;to support the construction of Ecological Industrial Park,expanding employment capacity;further improve the targeted aid work.The employment of the individual suggestions are:establish the integration of urban and rural skills training system,publicity and education work,explore to promote the organization of employment growth mechanism of the labor market,migrant migrant workers,encourage immigrant entrepreneurship.
