Research On The Influence Of U.S.Re-industrialization On The Transformation And Upgrading Of China's Manufacturing Industry

Since the outbreak of the financial crisis,in order to boost the economy and promote employment,the United States launched the "re-industrialization" strategy.At the same time,China's manufacturing industry has ushered in a critical period of transformation and upgrading.In September 2010,China issued the decision of the State Council on accelerating the cultivation and development of strategic emerging industries.This paper expounds the influence mechanism of international industrial transfer on the industrial structure transformation and upgrading,and probes into the influence of American re-industrialization on the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry,as well as the challenges and opportunities faced by China's manufacturing industry.A classification study on China's manufacturing industry is made in this article to analyze the influence of re-industrialization on different kinds of China's manufacturing industry,using the econometric method to measure the influence of FDI,R&D spending on output of high-tech industry.Then combines with the main ways for China's manufacturing industry to transformate and upgrade,some suggestions are put forward in this paper to take advantage of the opportunities of U.S.re-industrialization,and promote the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.
