The Strategy For Improvement Of Agriculture Subject Knowledge Service Platform

With the popularization of information network and the large data of information resources,the traditional information service has been far away from satisfying the personalized and prospective needs of agricultural researchers on subject information.What they want is a personalized subject information service system and knowledge service that can fit the whole process of scientific research.In this paper,the current status and existing problems of subject knowledge service were firstly summarized based on knowledge service theory with literature,and induction and deductive methods;and then the agriculture discipline knowledge service principals,processing model and service platform construction for Fujian were introduced based on the practice of Fujian Academy of Agriculture Science;lastly,on the basis of current conditions,the personalized and refined information service ways and approaching methods for agricultural research under background of large data were put forward,and how to promote agricultural knowledge sharing and knowledge service innovation,and improve the level of knowledge service in the conditions of rapid changes in science and information technology were discussed.There were six chapters in this paper,In Chapter 1,the research background,means,ways and methods were introduced.In Chapter 2,the agricultural knowledge service status home and abroad were introduced;In Chapter 3,taking Fujian Province as an example,the developing conditions of agricultural knowledge service of three subject knowledge service principals,agricultural universities,agricultural research institutes,and public libraries,were analyzed,and the main problems existed were summarized;In Chapter 4,three ways for agriculture subject knowledge service were summarized,including "subject librarian + team chief +research team","Wechat + information platform",and "knowledge community + subject information";In Chapter 5,two established platforms,"Knowledge service platform for Fujian soil and water conversation" and "Knowledge service platform for Fujian agricultural policy and law" were introduced in;In Chapter 6,the results and related policy countermeasures were promoted.The countermeasures were summarized as follow:to promote the function transformation of traditional information service;to cultivate a team with high service quality;to make knowledge service effective;to strengthen the research on agricultural area,etc.
