The real estate industry is one of the basic industries in China and has a great contribution to the development of the national economy.As a basic industry,the real estate industry in promoting employment,optimize the positive role of industrial structure,promote the development of financial industry and improve the living conditions of residents and other large,but under the development of market economy,the real estate industry is still subject to the laws of the market constraints,if the imbalance of development,may be many economic and social problems led to the financial crisis,credit crisis and citizen economic losses,thereby affecting the healthy and sustainable economic development.From the current situation of the development of real estate industry in China,the overall development of large and medium-sized city is healthy and mature,and a number of small and medium-sized city because of its economic integration speed slow development speed,the industry started late,the urbanization is relatively low,the backward state of the overall development in the real estate industry.Especially at the county level city many low level of economic development,in the real estate heatwave,just blindly pursue the development speed,the operation process is not standardized,makes a lot of real estate projects exist many problems or problems,obstacles and negative influence to the subsequent development of the local real estate industry and the development of the national economy is weak,worthy of reflection analysis and research.The city real estate development in the relatively low level of economic development as the research object,first carries on the present situation of county economy social situation and the real estate industry in the investigation,and taking Ninghua County as an example,analysis of Ninghua County real estate features and status of supply and demand;then,the supply side reform based on the in-depth analysis of the land supply policy,city planning,architectural design,construction quality,product prices and supply side factors,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of supply side reform;finally,taking Ninghua County mingmenshijia real estate project as an example,from the successful experience of supply side factors analysis of the development and marketing of the project,the real estate development projects in the the reference area.
