The rapid expanding of China's economy and e-commerce widely applied to the challenges and opportunities for logistics company,logistics company in the case of external business to expand,and also more enterprise staff management system,to optimize human resources as the main strategy measure.However,most of the logistics employees in our company have been transformed from traditional logistics companies.Nowadays,logistics talents are extremely scarce and restrict the development of logistics industry.The competency model is a unique and effective model,which breaks the traditional human resource mechanism of logistics enterprises in the work task,and changes to the strategic human resource management.The competency model is a unique and effective model,which breaks the traditional human resource mechanism of logistics enterprises in the work task,and changes to the strategic human resource management.This article refer to a large number of literature theory of competency and competency model has carried on the analysis discussion,analyzes the necessity and the importance of competence in human resources management,at the same time in SZ logistics company,for example,using personnel interview method and questionnaire investigation,research carried out on SZ logistics company human resources,build a competency model,withanalytic hierarchy process to weight sort competency indicators,and based on the competency model is applied to the SZ logistics company human resources recruitment,training and evaluation,for the logistics enterprise human resources management advice.There are six chapters in this article.The first chapter introduces the basis and background,purpose and significance of this thesis.Secondly,by reading a large amount of literature,the paper summarizes and summarizes the research status of competency models at home and abroad,and also clarifies the main research methods adopted in this paper.The second chapter mainly introduces the definition and theoretical basis of the concepts related to this thesis,including the relevant theories of competency theory and competency model.The third chapter mainly introduces the human resource status of SZ logistics company.In the fourth chapter,this section selects the sample range,determines the competency entry,determines the competency model,adopts the analytic hierarchy process,and determines the weight index of the competency model.In chapter 5,this section is mainly based on competency model based on employee recruitment,employee career planning,employee training,and employee competency assessment.In chapter 6,this part is the summary of the whole thesis,and concludes the main viewpoints of the whole thesis.The deficiency of this paper is explained and the future work is further studied.
