Today,many listed companies use their equity incentives to constrain their senior management.This approach has also shown relatively good results,so many companies are using such incentives for their own purposes to improve their management structure.In fact,there is still some controversy in the academic community about whether equity incentives can effectively increase the firm’s certainty level and the company’s value.Shenzhen Vanke Co.,Ltd.is one of the earliest companies in China to start trials of equity incentives.Its overall development history has been followed by two consecutive ordinary equity incentives for a long period of time.Also got different results.Vanke,as a representative brand in the real estate industry in China,conducts related research and can help us understand more about the specific role of equity incentives.The results can bring some thoughts to other listed companies and help the listed companies to have long-term development.This study selected his research goal is Shenzhen Vanke Co.,Ltd.,with the support of relevant theories,to conduct a comprehensive analysis of its entire equity incentive plan.Prior to the study of Vanke’s overall equity incentive plan,the relevant literature was first effectively sorted out.Make a comprehensive understanding of equity incentives.Then we analyze Vanke’s excellent experience in the implementation of two different equity incentive programs from 2006 to 2011,and some of the imperfections that exist.On this basis,we proposed some new ideas and new ideas for how Vanke improved its own equity incentive plan,and also provided references for other listed companies.
