With the rapid development of our country's economy,the population is increasing,and people's living standards are getting higher and higher.People's resources for production and living are also increasing.Excessive energy consumption has led to excessive exploitation of resources.It also caused a great impact and destruction on the ecological environment.Therefore,to study regional resource and environmental carrying capacity,to systematically grasp the actual conditions of resource and environment,formulate regional plans,guide areas to determine the reasonable scale and speed of economic development,reasonable industrial structure and industrial layout,and scientific distribution of population,and promote regional development.Sustainable development is of great significance.This study takes the Changhe Watershed of Jincheng as the research object,and conducts the following researches:(1)Systematically analyzes the research status of resource and environmental carrying capacity at home and abroad,and combines the characteristics of resource and environment in the study area to determine the basic research ideas of this paper;(2)Analyze the current situation of land resources,water resources,and ecological environment in the study area,and study the carrying capacity of resources and the environment in the Changhe Watershed;(3)Establish an evaluation index system for the carrying capacity of resources and environment,and determine the calculation methods and weights for each index,from resources Evaluate the resources and environmental carrying capacity of the Changhe Watershed in terms of environment;(4)Based on the evaluation results of population carrying capacity and resource and environmental carrying capacity,analyze the restrictive factors of the development of the Changhe Watershed,and propose to improve the resources and environment for the existing problems in the study area.Strengthen the countermeasures to enhance sustainable development capabilities.Through the above research,the following conclusions have been drawn:(1)The minimum population carrying capacity of land resources in the Changhe Watershed is56000,carrying capacity ranges from 56000 to 85000,and the water resourcespopulation carrying capacity is 54900.The ecological environment has a population carrying capacity of 12000;(2)Comprehensive consideration of the actual situation in the study area indicates that the resource-environment carrying capacity of the Changhe Watershed is 54900,and the carrying capacity is between 54000 and 85000,which is in contrast to the actual carrying population.The ratio has a certain bearing potential;(3)An evaluation index system for resource-environment carrying capacity suitable for the Changhe Watershed has been established,and the weights have been determined using the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the resource-environment carrying capacity index in the Changhe Watershed is 0.612.(4)The conditions for limiting the resources and environmental carrying capacity of the study area are water resources and the ecological environment.Therefore,it is necessary to improve and improve the Changhe Watershed through three aspects: the protection and rational use of water resources,the strengthening of the ecological environment protection,and the development of the coal mining environment.Resource and environmental carrying capacity.
