In recent years," Innovation and entrepreneurship " has become a driving force for China's economic growth.Innovation and entrepreneurship has become the trend of the times,innovation and entrepreneurship can not only bring economic prosperity and development,but also to ease the current difficulties of employment in China,the country urgently need a high level of innovation and high level of entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship research has become a hot topic.Entrepreneurship can not only help entrepreneurs solve the problem of survival,but also help entrepreneurs to achieve self-worth and increase the vitality of society.But not all start-ups are successful,the vast majority of entrepreneurial activities ended in failure.Therefore,the academic community began to focus on those factors that affect the success of entrepreneurial enterprises.The study found that,at the time of business,compared to homogeneous entrepreneurial team,heterogeneous team easier to succeed.But heterogeneity also brings incompatible,triggering team conflict.Does the differences in emotional and cognitive aspects of heterogeneous team members make the team members incompatible in the process of interaction and thus affect entrepreneurial performance?What role does team interaction play in business? Problems should be the concern of scholars.In this study,the author defines the concept of psychological compatibility,team interaction quality and entrepreneurial performance on the basis of reviewing and combing the relevant research literature at home and abroad,and constructs the psychological compatibility,team interaction quality and entrepreneurial performance The theoretical model of the three,and put forward the relevant hypothesis.The direct object of questionnaires is the entrepreneurial team.SPSS23.0 software was used to analyze the data,and the relationship between the three variables was verified.(1)Entrepreneurial team psychological compatibility and team interaction quality of entrepreneurial performance have a significant positive impact;(2)The psychological compatibility of the entrepreneurial team has a significant positive impact on team interaction;(3)Entrepreneurial team interaction in the entrepreneurial team between psychological compatibility and entrepreneurial performance has a part of the intermediary role.Finally,the author of the entrepreneurial team put forward three practical inspiration for the entrepreneurial team in the initial business and team evolution when the better seek entrepreneurial team members,better business activities have a certain reference value.
