The futures industry in China has started late,but the development is fast,and the talent supply in the industry is obviously insufficient,resulting in the fierce competition among the competitors.The core is the competition between the talent management mechanism and the system.After an in-depth investigation,the compensation system design of XX company is not attractive and attractive.At the same time,domestic are lack of cooperate with performance management mechanism,to company satisfaction questionnaire survey data show that satisfaction is low,can't motivate and retain the core staff of the heart,it is hard to attract the corresponding core backbone talents.To this end,enterprises urgently need to optimize the existing compensation system.This paper focuses on the contradiction between the existing compensation system and enterprise development of XX company,and puts forward a more systematic and scientific solution according to the main contradictions.This paper is divided into six chapters:chapter one,introduction to introduction,and a combing of the full text;The second chapter,theoretical review,clarifying the basic concept of salary and compensation system design,draws on the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in this field to ensure the scientific nature of this research.The third chapter,the problem analysis,through the data collection,the questionnaire survey method and so on the XX company pay system status quo and the existing problems carry on the in-depth analysis,makes the later research has the pertinence;The fourth chapter,optimization design,based on the above analysis,from the optimization of the objectives,principles,procedures and content,carried out the design one by one,completed the new XX company compensation system plan;The fifth chapter,safeguard measures,in order to guarantee the implementation of the new compensation system,the five measures are put forward;The sixth chapter,the conclusion,is a systematic summary of this paper.This topic to XX company compensation system optimization design is based on the current compensation at home and abroad research status and the integration of enterprise management practice of the status quo of the application or a practice and attempt,both for XX company attract,retain and motivate talent made great contribution,but also to the compensation system analysis and design of the similar enterprises in the same industry has the guiding effect.
