The Chinese valuation industryinitiated in late 1980s and it has got into a high-speed development period precisely due to the prosperousestate market and capital market in the past 20 years.With the expanding of scale in the valuation industry,the industry competition has been much fiercer.And as a result of the competitive environment in the industry,professionalorganizations need to confronted a series of new problems,as well as the evolutional challenges among them.This thesis will do research on GZL group's development strategies which focuson the bottleneck of its development.In this thesis the author will give a brief introduction of GZL group's development structure and bottleneck it encountered,and then analyze the possibility and necessity of GZL group's diversified development and cross-border business.The author will analyze the threatens and opportunities of GZL group's diversified development and cross-border business then redevelop the business strategies under the current economic environment from the strategic point of view.At the end of the thesis,the author will expound a series of countermeasure to ensure that the GZL group's strategy of diversified development and cross-business can be realized,and how GZL will finally become a flagship firm by further embodying the market competition advantages among top-tier valuation firms.This thesis interprets that valuation industry transformation and upgrade requireimperative innovation and reasonable expansion.Expansion by diversification and cross-field development is an effective approach for providing more value-added services.Furthermore,this research provides suggestionsin real business practice...
