A Study On The Optimization Of The Financial Management System Function Of Hunan Rural Credit Cooperatives

With the rapid development of information science and technology,the increase of economic activity makes the bank capital increases rapidly,and the small-medium rural credit commercial bank puts forward new requirements on financial management,which brings a great breakthrough for the traditional management mode.This paper starts from the present conditions of current financial management applications of Hunan rural credit cooperati,ves,through the research on the financial management information system which is used by the current business,and the use of the innovative bank management concept and advanced means of information technology,discussing how to optimize financial management information platform to meet the need of related business of the rural credit cooperative association in Hunan province,to realize centralized management of the various business of member banks.Through the perfection of financial management information system and the re-engineering management process,the Hunan rural credit cooperatives financial management can reach a higher level.First,this paper describes the research background and significance,research methods and processes,and a simple literature review is carried out.Then this paper analyzes the present situation of the financial management system of Hunan rural credit cooperatives.Financial system which has been launched since 2014 provides a standardized and systematic accounting platform for Hunan rural credit cooperatives.With the development and change of the business,the imperfect problems of business development and system function.The construction of the system platform is the foundation of business development are appearing.This paper lays special stress on analyzing and stating the existing problems of the financial management system of Hunan rural credit cooperatives.Then it is about the optimization scheme design of the financial management system of Hunan rural credit cooperatives.Under the premise of ensuring the stability and optimization of the system,this paper designs detailedly and focuses on the optimization scheme as per the module optimization.Finally it is about the implementation and security of Hunan province rural credit cooperatives.It discusses the guarantee of the implementation scheme of the financial management information system,and summarizes the research conclusion and the main contribution of this paper,and makes a prospect for the research of the future.Through the optimization of the financial management system of Hunan rural credit cooperatives,combining its own business traits,fully using the technological means,this paper aims to promote the system information construction,perfect the financial accounting system of Hunan rural credit cooperatives and improve the whole level of the financial management system of Hunan rural credit cooperatives.
