Research On The Standard Of Financial Management Of Rural Credit Cooperatives In Hunan Province

In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the Rural Credit Cooperatives service "Three Rural" the basis of continuous compaction, playing the main force of rural finance.The financial management level of Rural Credit Cooperatives also has a greater degree of improvement, but there are still some deep-seated problems cannot be well handled. In the face of rapid development of domestic and foreign economic and social development, the impact of historical legacy, management system, personnel quality and other factors, the management of Rural Credit Cooperatives has been a huge challenge and test. In the meantime, the financial management mode and management system of rural credit cooperatives need to be changed. Firstly, this paper puts forward the difficulties and problems encountered in the financial management of Rural Credit Cooperatives, and then analyzes the domestic and foreign research situation, and finally, combined with the actual situation of Rural Credit Cooperative Banks in financial management of the status and problems. Using SWOT composite matrix analysis, field investigation and interview, this study puts forward the methods of how to regulate the financial management of Rural Credit Cooperatives in Hunan Province, such as institutional setting, job setting, system construction and so on, so as to achieve the purpose of regulating the financial management of Rural Credit Cooperatives. At the same time to improve the rural financial environment, support the "Three Rural" economic health and orderly development. Hope to the county level of Rural Credit Cooperatives in the financial management of a certain reference role.
