Research On The Status And Optimization Of Industrial Structure In Shanyin County

With the rapid development of the nation's economic level,Shanxi Province experienced a rapid development,the largest construction scale,and the most fierce economic growth during the ?12th Five-Year Plan? period.The economy has experienced a serious decline,relying on the development of the coal industry.The economic prosperity that has come no longer exists.As a typical coal resource-based city in Shanxi Province,Shanyin County has a single industrial structure,over-reliance on the coal industry,and unreasonable proportions of the three industries.This article takes the industrial structure of Shanyin County as the research object.The first part elaborates the meaning,background and research status of the research at home and abroad.The second part combs the relevant theories and concepts of industrial structure optimization;the third part adopts regional production.The law of evolution of total value,three industrial structures,urbanization rate,and internal analysis of three industries are used to analyze the current situation of the industrial structure in Shanyin County.The problems found in the three industrial structures of Shanyin County are analyzed and the government,the market,and the influence of natural,scientific and technological talents,regional and other factors on the industrial structure of Shanyin County;the fourth part analyzes the three industrial structures and internal correlations of the three industries of Shanyin County through deviation-share and grey correlation.The fifth part,based on the previous research,put forward specific suggestions for optimizing the industrial structure of Shanyin County.Based on the analysis of the industrial structure of Shanyin County,this paper proposes:(1)Shanyin County needs to optimize the allocation of factors,coordinate the coordinated development of the three industries,and change the current structure of the single industrial structure;(2)the first industry should promote agriculture with pastoralism,Agro-animal husbandry advances together to enhance the reputation of Gucheng,Yulong and other enterprises,further promote the processing of agricultural products,industrialization,and marketing;(3)Extend the existing industrial chain of the coal industry,focus on the cultivation of coal liquefaction,coal-based natural gas,etc.,and improve coal conversion Rate,actively strengthen collaboration with other counties and districts,and actively develop competitive industries such as agricultural and sideline products processing industries to change the current situation of severe imbalances in light and heavy industries;(4)reduce the proportion of traditional service industries in the tertiary industry and develop cultural tourism And other advantageous industries to strengthen the development of modern service industry.
