A boom of entrepreneurship is surging up in the business world nationwide.With the development of social labor becoming increasing complexity and the professionalization of individual skills,personal forms of entrepreneurship gradually disappear,and team entrepreneurship has become the main form in the establishment of new enterprises.However,the failure of new ventures is much more than success,which is not only related to the feasibility of the project and the ability of the founders,but also the governance mechanism in the new enterprise's operation process.The governance mechanism in entrepreneurial teams can be divided into formal governance mechanism and informal governance mechanism.The entrepreneurial teams are limited by the capital,business experience and other factors.In the early stage of entrepreneurship,many of the entrepreneurial teams don't have perfect formal governance mechanisms.How to use informal governance mechanism to improve the performance of the entrepreneurial team and to make full use of their advantages to promote the development of the entrepreneurial teams is a subject worth studying in the academy world.Based on reviewing the relevant documents and literature of governance mechanism,informal governance mechanism,entrepreneurial teams and entrepreneurial team performance,this paper selects four dimensions of informal governance,including team constructive argument,team trust,teammate relationship and the sense of team fair perception,to study the their impact on entrepreneurial team performance by empirical research.These four dimensions can be subdivided into six elements.In this article,we firstly preliminarily analyze how the informal governance mechanism influence he performance of entrepreneurial teams.Then we collect data of entrepreneurial teams in the starting business space nationwide by questionnaire survey and perform a factor analysis and an empirical analysis to verify the relationship between the informal governance mechanism and the performance of the entrepreneurial teams.It is found that entrepreneurial team's constructive argument,team trust,teammate relationship and the sense of team fair perception,all have a positive impact on team performance.Detailed results and conclusions are as follows: firstly,entrepreneurial team's constructive argument has a positive effect on team performance.Secondly,team trust has a positive effect on team performance.Thirdly,teammate relationship has a positive effect on team performance,besides,teammate sentimental relationship has a significant effect on team performance and teammate obligation relationship has a week significant effect on team performance.Fourthly,the sense of team fair perception has a positive effect on team performance,besides,team allocation fair perception has a significant effect on team performance,team procedure fair perception and team interaction fair perception have a week significant effect on team performance.Fifthly,team constructive argument is a partly mediator in the relationship between team trust and team performance.Team trust is a partly mediator in the relationship between teammate relationship and team performance.The sense of team fair perception is a partly mediator in the relationship between team trust and team performance.Combined with the research conclusions above,this paper suggests that entrepreneurial teams should take full advantage of informal governance mechanism within the team to improve entrepreneurial team performance.The following suggestions are put forward: firstly,to build a perfect construction argument mechanism,to remove authority to form a good communication and discussion atmosphere within the team,in order to encourage the staff to put forward constructive opinions.Secondly,to pay attention to the emotional exchange among the team members,to take care of staff's sensation,in order to promote the employee's sense of identity through encouragement and support.Thirdly,perfect the construction of the allocation fair procedure.
