With the upgrade of users' consumption behavior and more vendors' join in,competition in infant and mom e-commerce market becoming fiercer in recent years.To gain more market share and win out,infant and mom products shopping website must adapt to users experience needs in new era and focus on offer user experience more than products and service.Compared with physical stores,user experience of website users has congenital shortage.Therefore,how to provide unique and individual feeling and experience to infant and mom products websites users according to their needs is vital.This paper,taking M website as object of study,based on user experience theory,using documents research methods and questionnaire,interview,etc,systematically studies current status and satitfaction of M site user experience and discusses how to improve user experience.Firstly,the paper introduces definition of user experience,relevant influence factors,components and evaluation factors.Secondly,to summarize infant and mom website's development status,market features and user characteristics and also analyze internal and external environment.According to research of M site user experience and analysis of M site's users' characteristics and purchase psychology and behavior,this paper collects users' needs and M site users' satisfaction status through user experience satisfaction questionnaire and concludes existing issues of this site in user experience.Lastly,the paper offers its suggestions of user experience improvement strategy for M site from six aspects.
