Development Strategies Of Retail Pharmacies In Suzhou Health Care Reform

In recent years,Suzhou,as a pilot city in the health care reform,has completed a number of reform measures,such as liberalization of drug pricing in addition to narcotic drugs and the first category of psychotropic drugs,drugs zero-profit in public hospitals and health centers,health care supervision,GSP in pharmacies and so on.Market environment of pharmaceutical industry changes a lot,and the retail pharmacies face a series of opportunities and challenges.There are a large number of different retail pharmacies in Suzhou,reflecting both the common characteristics of the pharmaceutical retail industry and their own regional characteristics.It is the subject of this study that how to cope with changes in the environment,avoid weaknesses,explore the development strategy in line with the industry trends and laws under the health care reform.So J pharmacy is adopted to study the development strategies of retail pharmacies in Suzhou.I hope this study can help Suzhou retail pharmacies understand the situation and improve the management and enhance the core competition ability.
