Research On The Comprehensive Budget Management Improvement System Of S Communication Company

Comprehensive budget management as an important tool of modern enterprise management,the enterprise is of great significance,but the majority of enterprises in our country there are still some problems in the process of implementing the comprehensive budget management,such as comprehensive budget management may not can combine strategy,existence of budget slack and so on.To solve these problems,we need to optimize the design of comprehensive budget management system existing,in order to better serve the enterprises to apply,to achieve the optimal allocation of resources of the enterprise ultimately achieve strategic objectives.By the case study method used in this paper,the selection of the communications industry in a leading enterprise of the city branch of S company as the research object,there is less current literature related to theoretical and empirical level communications industry internal budget management.In addition,most of the research is about some general concepts and principles,can not be directly applied to practice,through the research on comprehensive budget management of S communication company,has a certain practical significance to guide the communications industry to establish a comprehensive budget management system.This paper first briefly introduces the research ideas and research content,and combed the research results of the overall budget management.Then,the budget management system of S communication company is not perfect,the group's strategy is not enough and capital budget and investment budget is weak,the evaluation index system is not perfect.The company strategy and budget management combination,strengthen the management of capital budget and investment budget and help the company build the Balanced Scorecard budget evaluation system based on the improvement of comprehensive budget the management system of S communication company through put forward the optimization strategy,ensure sustained and healthy development of thecompany.
