| In the increasingly fierce market competition,attaching great importance to the enterprise strategic management has great significance in improving the enterprise’s own competitiveness and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.The prosperity and development of enterprise strategy management theory laid a deep theoretical foundation for bank strategy management,the strategic management of commercial banks is an important branch of modern enterprise management system.At present,commercial banks are urgently seeking a strategic transformation to improve their overall strength and seek global development.The TS Bank,located in Tangshan,Hebei province,is the representative of the successful transformation of the city commercial bank,They have struggled on the edge of existence,Through the strategic transformation,they realized the rise of the countertrend and the rebirth of the fire.This paper selects the TS bank as the target of the development strategy of the city commercial bank.This paper combines theoretical research and practice.Using the methods of literature research,empirical investigation and analysis,the paper first introduced the the background,purpose and significance of this paper,then reviewed the domestic and foreign research status quo of the strategic management of commercial banks and the classical enterprise strategic management theory and strategic analysis tools.The third part of this paper is combining the development course of city commercial banks,briefly analyzing the development status,development characteristics and problems faced by the city firm as a special bank enterprise.The fourth part introduces the development actuality of the TS Bank,based on the theory of strategic management,using PEST model to analyze the external macroscopic environment of the TS Bank.Based on the traditional strategy management method,the competitive environment is analyzed by Five-Force model,And analyzes external factors with EFE matrix,analyzes internal factors with IFE matrix.Then using SWOT analysis to objectively assess the strengths,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the TS Bank,use the SWOT matrix to match the corresponding strategies,develop the alternative strategy for the development of the TS Bank.Finally,the strategy of developing practical strategy of the TS Bank was selected by using QSPM matrix.The fifth part analyzedfour priority strategic plans,and combines the objectives of the development of the TS Bank to provide safeguards for the implementation of the development strategy.Finally,this paper summarizes the development strategy research of the TS Bank,if the city Commercial Bank of China wants to obtain the long-term development,it must utilize the scientific and effective tools of strategic management to acquire the competitive advantage,formulate the strategic management framework and development mentality which conforms to its own characteristics,and construct the strategic management mode of the city Commercial bank with Chinese characteristics. |
