Research On The Current Chinese Farmers’ Ecological Consciousness Promotion

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping president has stressed many times the importance of a good ecological environment.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes the idea of a blue sky defense.The central committee of the communist party of China(CPC)issued a statement on the implementation of the rural rejuvenation strategy in 2nd January,2018.It points out ecological livable is the key for rural revitalization,It’s all explained that the ecological environment has been a big problem for the national economy and people’s livelihood.China is a big agricultural country,the farmers make up the majority of the population.The construction of rural ecological civilization as a part of the overall ecological civilization in China,the quality of its construction is crucial.The construction of ecological civilization in rural areas,It requires a good ecological awareness to guide farmers.This paper analyzes the current situation of Chinese farmers’ ecological consciousness,it reveals a great improvement in the ecological awareness of modern farmers,but there are many problems.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward the concrete countermeasures to improve the ecological consciousness of farmers,There is a slight reference to the improvement of the rural ecological environment.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part elaborates overview and theoretical basis of farmers’ ecological consciousness.The second part analyzes the situation of farmers’ ecological consciousness.The third part elaborated the causes of the problems of Chinese farmers’ ecological consciousness.The fourth part studies the countermeasures of cultivating farmers’ ecological consciousness.Firstly,we should improve the policy law to provide institutional guarantee for the improvement of farmers’ ecological consciousness.On the one hand,we should actively promote environmental protection and legal construction in rural areas.On the other hand,we should implement the rural environmental policy.Secondly,We should use multiple channels to provide economic basis for the improvement of farmers’ ecological consciousness.The one is increase investment in ecological construction.The second is expand investment and financing channels for environmental protection in ruralareas.The third is advocate green organic agriculture to safeguard farmers’ economic income.The fourth is improve rural environmental protection infrastructure.Finally,To sound the education system provides spiritual support for farmers’ ecological awareness.The one is build a complete education system for improving farmers’ ecological consciousness.The second is open education way to promote the farmers’ ecological consciousness.The third is to create a cultural atmosphere for improving farmers’ ecological consciousness.
