The enterprise competition is the talent competition.In the current market environment,it is necessary to give full play to the core strength of talents in order to be invincible.And staff performance appraisal is an important point of human resource management.Therefore,the establishment of performance appraisal system is essential to improve the efficiency of enterprises and enhance the competition practice of enterprises.With the continuous standardization of the pharmaceutical industry,large chains of pharmaceutical retail companies are emerging.their advanced management concepts,unified and standardized management methods have greatly enhanced the competitive power.With the introduction of all kinds of medical benefit policies of the country,great competition pressure has been brought to the small and medium-sized pharmaceutical retail industry.They want to break through the tight encirclement and continue to expand.This needs to learn from the advanced management experience of mature enterprises,establish their own scientific and reasonable staff performance appraisal system.This paper takes WT pharmacy as an example,through the investigation and analysis on the current situation of performance appraisal of pharmacy staff,according to the staff investigation found,WT pharmacy in employee performance appraisal not only lack of advanced and scientific management ideas,and there are many defects and problems.In this paper the basic theory of performance management,performance appraisal,the active participation of the whole pharmacy personnel,optimize and redesign the application of the purpose of performance appraisal,assessment methods,assessment subject,assessment cycle,the examination results of the formation of the staff performance appraisal system is a complete,reasonable and scientific.In the new design of pharmacy staff performance appraisal system performance,pharmacy manager and clerk implement a hierarchical performance evaluation,the Balanced Score Card(BSC)and Key Performance Indicators(KPI),360 ° evaluation assessment methods,the performance indicators set more clear and comprehensive assessment standards,design more standardized and reasonable.In all aspects of system design,pharmacy managersadhering to fair and transparent principles,communicate with employees face to face,to fully listen to the views,which makes employees can truly realize the role of performance appraisal,thereby eliminate the concerns and fears of those who have been assessed,and lay a solid foundation for the implementation and operation of the performance appraisal system.
