In recent years,with the acceleration of the reform of state-owned enterprises and the dramatic fluctuations in the steel market,the Steel Corp has been forced to reform and innovate,trying to find a breakthrough in all aspects.SD steel plant in the performance management attempt is one of the reflection.SD steel plant is a large and medium-sized state-owned company,and it has a typical representative significance in the whole industry.Through the research on performance management of SD steel plant under continuous loss,it has important theoretical and practical significance for the state-owned company to improve the management system and optimize the performance management of the transformation.In this paper,the SD steel plant in the performance management problems under the condition of continuous loss as the research object,combined with the actual situation of Chinese state-owned large and medium-sized companies,the academic frontier and the main theory,integrate into the local management of our innovative ideas and concepts,to explore the basic theory and actual operation company combined to explore some practical on the practice of performance management,for the iron and steel plant profitability through performance management,find the way possible,provide valuable reference for the Steel Corp in the same situation.This paper studies the theory and practice of performance management at home and abroad through consulting the materials,and serves as a theoretical reference for the study of the steel mill.This paper adopts normative research method and case study combining the data collected through field research,clarify the current performance management of the iron and steel plant for vein Road,the performance management of the whole company has an overall,systematic and objective grasp.Through reviewing and analyzing the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of performance management,and combining with the actual situation of enterprise management,this paper puts forward research ideas,research methods,research contents and innovation points.Through an overview of performance management theory,from the aspects of performance and performance management concept,performance management theory,performance management process,performance management methods,systematic understanding of the theory of performance management,provide the original basis for the basic situation,the research of performance management of a Steel Corp is given to search problems,solutions.In this paper,through the analysis of the basic situation of continuous loss of performance management before SD mills,continuous loss and Prospect under the background of improvement,SD steel plant to the performance management of the improved results,comparison shows the continued evolution of the performance management of SD steel before and after consecutive losses.Among them,from the two aspects of performance management and the basic situation of continuous loss before the introduction of SD steel plant in the performance management of consecutive losses before;from the continuous loss of communication influence and analysis of the five aspects of the SD steel plant performance management,performance appraisal guidance,performance evaluation,performance appraisal,performance management.The SD steel plant in the conclusive.Finally,the performance management measures of SD steel plant with consecutive losses taken,can play a big role in the enterprise is able to copy program,in the same industry,needs further observation and research.But in the context of continuous losses,SD steel plant performance management experience,not only for the SD steel plant itself,or for similar enterprises have a certain reference value.The innovation of this paper lies in the study of performance management of the state-owned steel plant under the continuous loss background,and gives the "five steps"measures adopted by the SD steel plant in dealing with the continuous losses.This research is a supplement and improvement to the performance management of state-owned companies in the new situation,the new normal,to promote the supply side reform and transformation and upgrading of state-owned enterprises to provide academic support for the country,but also provide a reference and select more performance management for the similar industry or similar company consecutive losses in response to.
