Research On Working Capital Management Of Hisense Electric Based On Value Chain

With the development of social economy,enterprises in which the market economy environment has undergone great changes,the enterprise management approach will also be a corresponding change,the business philosophy is no longer the market as the core,and more to achieve Customer value as the core,the goal of financial management from the previous profit maximization into the enterprise value maximization.Therefore,how to maximize the value of each enterprise to become the biggest problem,value management has become the core concept of business management,value chain management has got more and more attention.In order to improve the competitiveness of the value chain,we must strengthen the value chain on the most vulnerable to the weak link.And the working capital is the most dynamic part of the overall corporate funds,the survival and development of enterprises to a large extent,or even fundamentally by the operation of the funds to maintain the operation,but also the value of each enterprise chain Prone to problems,is the main bottleneck of enterprise development,so enhance the enterprise value chain on the working capital management level is necessary.This thesis consists of six parts,in the first part introduces the research background,the current research situation,the research content,the research method of the paper.Secondly,it introduces the theoretical basis of this thesis: the theory of value chain,working capital management and the operation of value chain Capital management of the relevant theory;and then it is based on the 2012-2016 corporate financial report of the Hisense on the working capital-related data,respectively,from the upstream suppliers,internal value chain,downstream customers in three aspects of Hisense Electric company to analyse the working capital management;Finally,the enterprise based on the value chain working capital management problems,and put forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures to improve and optimize.The purpose is to make the working capital flow smooth,improve the level of business management,to maximize the value of enterprises,and better participate in market competition,but also hope that similar enterprises in the reference and promotion.
