Research On Working Capital Management Of Orient Petroleum Company

Working capital management has always been an important part of enterprise financial management.It is equivalent to the blood of the enterprise which has a direct influence on each aspect of enterprise operation.Good working capital management is an inexhaustible impetus for the sustainable development of enterprise.However,it has been an exploratory research project that how to improve the enterprise working capital management to maximize its effectiveness in the process of enterprise development.Based on the reviewing of the related literatures on enterprise working capital management,first,combine with the market economy development situation and the Orient Petroleum Company production and operation situations,elaborate the overall working capital management situation of the Orient Petroleum Company from the three aspects of management of working capital,size and structure;second,analyze and evaluate the Orient Petroleum Company working capital management performance on the basis of factors,and analyze the existing problems and its causes;then,design a optimization scheme for the Orient Petroleum Company working capital management,and offer a proposal to improve the working capital management.In this paper,we take the Orient Petroleum Company as research object,dissect the working capital management of Orient Petroleum Company through theoretical analysis and case study.During this process,we dissect the working capital management from an aspect of factors,and adopt analytic hierarchy process to establish performance evaluation index system on the basis of factors,the improvement plan lays the foundation for company.Combine with the supply chain we establish a new systematic and scientific scheme for the Orient Petroleum Company,and provide a referable idea and method for the domestic similar enterprises in working capital management.
