With the further development of economic globalization and the Internet era of big data,the market environment and competition of enterprises has become increasingly complex and fierce.Therefore,if the enterprises want to grow in a complicated and competitive environment,they must implement effective Budget Management.Only in this way,they can improve their management level and the comprehensive strength.Since the Budget Management was introduced into China,it has been playing an important role in enterprise management.But with the continuous popularization and application of Budget Management in China,the Budget Management model exposed many problems,such as not fully consider the enterprise's Long-term strategy,focusing on financial indicators but ignore other indicators,budget stiffness and so on.These problems seriously affected the management level of enterprises and prevent the development of enterprises.The invention and application of the Balanced Scorecard(BSC)provide a new way to improve the Budget Management mode of the enterprise.BSC is also as an important business management tool,it is introduced into the Budget Management,can effectively improve the enterprise's Budget Management level.This thesis mainly adopts the combination of theoretical research and case analysis as the main research method.Taking the Y corporation as an example,this thesis introduce the BSC into the Budget Management system of Y corporation,through a series of process design,including the determination of strategy,Strategic decomposition,the construction of index system,and then design a set of Budget Management system based on BSC for Y corporation.Through the research I hope to provide meaningful reference to China's industry,and thus improve the management level of industry in China and enhance its comprehensive strength.
