Customer relationship management is a continuously strengthen the communication with the customer,the understanding of customer needs,and constantly on the products and services to meet the continuous process improvement and improve customer demand.Many customers because not enough care and attention for their.The Bank of Chongqing is a local commercial banks,although the history is not long,but has a good mass base in the Chongqing area,the formation of a wide range of influence.But with the continuous influx of foreign banks,the Bank of Chongqing also face more intense challenges,to achieve better development in the fierce competition,we must continue to strengthen management,improve the Bank of Zhongxing's own strength.Customer relationship management is a very effective way.Chongqing to the bank customer relationship management problems are analyzed and put forward some countermeasures,the author of literature analysis,theoretical summary,empirical research and other research methods specific,the paper analysis problems--problems--the way to solve the problems,in the relevant theoretical basis of customer relationship management,analysis the bank's current customer relationship management practices and the status quo,analyses the existing problems in the management of customer relationship,eventually to the current customer relationship management philosophy of Chongqing banks,institution building,customer service,business system,customer relationship system problems,from the strengthening of idea construction,improve the institutional setup,put forward some suggestions to change the service method,system,enhance the level of sound business matching,provides theoretical enlightenment for the practice of local commercial bank's customer relationship management.
