| PPP model is in the contemporary times with the financing model,PPP projects gradually increased all around China,compared with the traditional projects are more efficient and safe.With the continuous expansion of China's investment along the Belt and Road,the government funds to support continuously strengthen,it is not difficult to predict that in the future there will be more and more Chinese enterprises invest in the area along the Belt and Road,which is particularly critical in the field of infrastructure,with the completion of laws and regulations,PPP project will become the focus of future economic development in China.There are many types of PPP projects,which are divided into three categories: outsourcing,franchising and privatization.Generally,the project is purchased through public bidding or competitive negotiation.At present,China's PPP model development is still in its infancy,in the operation process PPP model is lack of standard,so there are a lot of risk factors in its approval,construction and operation.PPP model in the front of the times,so the risk of its project evaluation is particularly important.Based on the research of PPP model risk at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the risk evaluation framework of PPP project based on political risk,legal risk,financial risk,construction risk and market risk,and then constructs the risk evaluation index system of PPP project,Using BP neural network model to calculate the risk composite index,combined with the actual case of the demonstration,the effectiveness of the model to test,and finally put forward to ensure that the PPP project can be implemented well policy recommendations. |
