| Since ancient times China is characterized by small peasant economy.Small-scale production and big market is a true portrayal of China’s agricultural markets.Based on this reality,we find that there are still many problems in the circulation of agricultural products after checking the relevant literature, such as high distribution cost, numbers of circulation links, information asymmetry, high attrition rate, breach of contract and so on,resulting in low efficiency of agricultural products circulation.Experienced from the foreign pattern of nature circulation we can find that the model which adopt farmers cooperatives to agricultural circulation can improve the farmers’ income, reduce the cost of circulation and occurrence of default accompanied by a high efficiency of circulation. Therefore, the paper attempts to use the theory of Coordinated Game to study the circulation pattern of agricultural products. This paper is divided into four core parts. In order to discuss the participation of farmers cooperatives in agricultural circulation, the first part carried out some theoretical study which includes the theory of circulation, incomplete information theory, transaction cost theory and coordinated game theory. The second part briefly introduced four agricultural products circulation model which farmer cooperatives act as an intermediary and some problems with them. Then, the paper made a brief discussion on the changes of the whole circulation mode after the farmer cooperatives joined and its benefits to farmers, cooperatives and consumers and got a conclusion that the development of farmer cooperatives could alleviate the contradiction between small-scale production and big market. The third part analyzed the dynamic mechanism of the coordination among farmers using the theory of coordinated game, and then gave a brief analysis on the farmer’s cooperative income, pointing out that when the farmers expect that the overall income brought by cooperation is greater than the income brought by competition and distribution can be fair and reasonable, they would choose cooperation. Finally, the paper analyzed the reasons for the failure of coordination which pave the way for the policy. The fourth part introduced some successful cooperatives models in developed countries, such as the United States,Japan and Netherlands.Their experiences hadreferences for our construct on circulation of agricultural products. On this basis, this paper put forward some measures to construct a more reasonable and effective mode of circulation of agricultural products. |
