Study On The Impact Of Fiscal Expenditure On Economic Growth In Hebei Province

China's economy has been a constant rising trend with an average annual economic growth rate of over 11% since 1978.However,affected by the third phrase superimposed pressure and the international financial crisis,China's economy has already entered the transformation period since the Twelfth Five-Year Plan.Based on the current situation of economic and social development,this paper carries research to find out the causes of the irrational financial expenditure in Hebei Province and put forward the optimizing idea from the perspective of the impact of fiscal expenditure on economic growth.At the beginning of the research,the author has reviewed a lot of domestic and foreign related literatures on this issue and has known the relationship between fiscal expenditure and economic growth researched by other scholars previously,which has laid the theoretical basis for further research.The body part defines the fundamental problems of fiscal expenditure,including expenditure scale and structure two aspects because the size and direction of fiscal expenditure will produce different effects on economic growth.Subsequently,it analyzes the mechanism of government expenditure on economic growth.Secondly,the paper begins to study the relationship between the scale of fiscal expenditure and economic growth and has a descriptive analysis on the variation trend of fiscal expenditure in Hebei Province in recent twenty years.But based on the current economic system and any other factors which will influence the scale of fiscal revenue,the government may not expand the scale of fiscal spending only for promoting the economic growth,so by constantly adjusting the fiscal expenditure structure can form the persistent power of economic growth.Research tracks and the analysis of the scale is roughly same.Through the analysis we found that there are many unreasonable problems in the current expenditure structure in Hebei Province.In the end,this paper summarizes the causes of the unreasonable of financial expenditure,and put forward some suggestions on how to optimize the financial expenditure of Hebei Province according to the above reasons.
