Thirty-eight years of reform and opening to the hotel industry in China through the ups and downs,both in quality and quantity to break through the qualitative leap,influenced by international economic crisis in 2008,the domestic economy in restructuring transformation period,the state attaches great importance to and support the development of the third industry,tourism,hotel industry in China has entered a new stage of development,however,in today's mobile Internet network under the background of the rise of a new era,China's hotel industry is facing unprecedented challenge and impact.As the country's economic stability good,the people's living standard is increasing day by day and rapid rise of China's tourism,star hotel,theme hotel,business conference type hotel,holiday inn,tourism and other modern new hotel development follows,the hotel industry is fierce,homogenized competition intensifying,how to seize the market opportunity of the industry,hotel ascend hotel management ability,reasonable and effective hotel marketing strategy is particularly crucial.Based on Xing Tai Xin Guang hotel as the research object,this paper mainly use the STP market segmentation theory,the 4 p marketing theory,combined with the actual situation of Xing Tai Xin Guang hotel,the hotel marketing present situation carries on the analysis,the problems existing in the development of the hotel's marketing strategy,and to explore the suitable marketing strategies of the hotel.In the first place of Xing Tai Xin Guang hotel marketing external environment and internal environment analysis;Second of Xing Tai Xin Guang hotel through analyzing the present situation of marketing strategies,contains the hotel product,price,channel,promotion,marketing strategy;Finally,put forward marketing strategies for Xing Tai Xin Guang hotel rationalization proposal.
